This return policy applies to all orders placed on yeeyoon.shop, operated by Chongqing Yalexuan Technology Co., Ltd.

  1. Return Eligibility You may request a return within 30 calendar days after you receive the parcel. Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, with original packaging and labels intact. Products that are customized, perishable or marked as final sale cannot be returned.
  2. Return Request Process Step 1: Send a return application email to support@yeeyoon.shop. Please include your order number, product name and reason for return. Step 2: We will review your request and send return instructions within 2 business days if approved. Step 3: Pack the goods securely following our instruction, ship the item back to the assigned return address and provide us the tracking number. Return shipping cost shall be borne by the customer unless the return is caused by our error, such as wrong item shipped or product quality defect.
  3. Inspection & Refund After we receive and inspect the returned goods and confirm the item meets return requirements:
  • We will process your refund to your original payment account within 5–10 business days.
  • The refund amount excludes original shipping fee unless the mistake is on our side.
  • Refund arrival time depends on the processing speed of your payment provider.
  1. Refusal of Return We reserve the right to reject returns if the returned goods are damaged, worn, missing accessories or do not match our return conditions. We will notify you by email if your return is rejected.
  2. Exchanges If you want to exchange an item, please contact our support email. Exchange is subject to stock availability.
